Why should a fusing machine not be used to make ID cards?
आईडी कार्ड बनाने के लिए फ़्यूज़िंग मशीन का उपयोग क्यों नहीं किया जाना चाहिए?
For a long time, ID cards were made with the help of fusing machines, but this process took a lot of time and heavy investment and faced many problems because using the fusing machine required a lot of electricity and time. And the card seat had to be kept in the fusing machine for 30-45 minutes. If ever the power was switched off before 30 minutes, the entire card would be spoiled as the card would not be cooked completely and both time and cost would be wasted. Cards cannot be made in single or small quantity with fusing machine, cards are made in bulk quantity only, the cost of making one card is high.

After this you will first have to do the following processes

- First you will print the ID card format on the waterproof seat.
- सबसे पहले आप वॉटरप्रूफ सीट पर आईडी कार्ड फॉर्मेट प्रिंट करेंगे।
- Will start the lamination machine by setting it to 120 temperature.
- लेमिनेशन मशीन को 120 तापमान पर सेट कर चालू करेंगे।
- Lamination should be done by placing a waterproof seat in between and applying white paper on top and bottom to avoid scratches.
- खरोंच से बचने के लिए बीच में वॉटरप्रूफ सीट रखकर और ऊपर और नीचे सफेद कागज लगाकर लेमिनेशन करना चाहिए।
- After lamination, cut the card with an ID card cutter.
